The Support Services Division plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication, operational support, and records management for the department. 

This division includes dispatch professionals who: 

  • Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for service 
  • Communicate with officers in the field to coordinate responses 
  • Provide critical support during high-risk operations and specialized deployments

An integral part of Support Services is the Records Division, responsible for: 

  • Processing and storing police reports and supporting documents 
  • Managing court documentation for criminal charges 
  • Archiving crime reports 
  • Handling public records requests for police documents
